From a reviewed hazard to a recorded site check.
Create your workspaceSTEP 01 · Build the assessment
A consistent starting point. Not another blank page.
Bring hazards, controls and the method statement together. Start from your reviewed library, a company template or an existing assessment — then make it specific to the work.
- Record who could be harmed and how
- Assign additional controls to responsible people
- Keep work steps, PPE, permits and emergency arrangements together
One document, ready for a competent review.

Vehicle movements
Workers and visitors could be struck by moving vehicles.
Existing controls
Segregated pedestrian routes and a designated banksman.
STEP 02 · Route it for approval
A clear decision. A traceable revision.
Send the assessment for review. Reviewers approve it or return it with comments, while the submitted document stays locked. Approved versions cannot be edited: changes need a fresh revision and approval.
- Reviewers receive an email when you submit
- Self-approval is blocked
- Submissions, decisions and revisions stay in the audit history
Know which version was approved — and by whom.

STEP 03 · Brief the team on site
On their phone. Against the right revision.
Share the approved assessment with a link or QR code. Workers read it and sign on their own phone, without creating an account or installing an app.
- Capture the worker’s name, signature and time
- Signatures are tied to the exact revision
- A new revision needs fresh sign-on
A briefing record you can refer back to.

STEP 04 · Check it at the point of work
When conditions change, the record changes too.
Check that conditions match the assessment, controls are in place and everyone has been briefed. Record new hazards, photos or a stop-work decision before the team starts.
- A ‘No’, new hazard or stop-work decision flags the check
- The assessment reviewer and company admins are notified
- Record the resolution alongside the check in document history
Changed conditions get a visible follow-up.
